Player prop bets are insanely popular and profitable. The NCAA however, is requesting state legislatures to ban people from betting on player prop bets, citing integrity issues and all that. What is your take on this?

I remember reading a report from one of the states that adapted this policy and their handle dropped. I mean, there could be a lot of reasons that could explain a drop in handle, but if you look at the breakdown of reports, you will see how much they lose when you check how much prop bets they get from NCAA college sports.

We did not see this a lot this year in the basketball tournaments since only a few states did the ban. We'll probably see the impact on this when NCAA football season starts this fall.

I like reading and contributing to sportsbook reviews, and other things that interest me, like books and films. Love the challenge of betting especially when it comes to basketball and football.

Well we won't know the range of the impact of this until next season- most states that have this new rule are setting cutoff dates just before lines for the next season (football) starts. So any current prop bets are still going to be honored.

Their loss is our gain, though.
