Assembly Bill 380 (AB380) was recently proposed in an attempt to create a state-wide exclusion list similar to the notorious "Black Book" maintained by the Nevada Gaming Control Board (NGCB).
Sara Cholhagian Ralston, a professional poker player, and Steve Yeager, the Speaker of the Assembly and an occasional player, collaborated on the bill.
I wish someday there will be land-based Casinos in Georgia. Maybe someday it will come true.
