Bloomberry Resorts Corporation purchased a parcel of land in Ternate, Cavite. They are planning to construct its 3rd Philippine casino resort in the location. Also, it will have a hotel, golf course, casino, and residential and commercial spaces.
Bloomberry purchased the property via its subsidiary, Solaire Entertainment Property Holdings. They signed agreements with a group of landowners, including Ternate Development Corp, Monte Sol Development Corp, Puerto Azul Land, and Boulevard Holdings.
The property traverses a total of 2.8 million square meters with a typical selling cost of P2,700 per sq.m. Bloomberry noticed that SEPHI would purchase named and cleared land.

Improvement of the property will start after the Solaire North in Vertis, Quezon City, has begun its business tasks. However, there is no mention of opening an online casino.
In a different exposure, Boulevard Holdings said it sold an aggregate of 281,932 sq.m. of land at P5,050.00 per sq.m. to SEPHI.
