The state of Vermont wants to see a healthy competition among sports betting sites.
A competitive bidding process has not yet begun, but it will determine how many companies will provide sports betting in Vermont. However, two to six sportsbook operators are sought under H.127, legislation enacted by the legislature last month that would introduce legal sports betting to Vermont via mobile applications and sites.
I wish someday there will be land-based Casinos in Georgia. Maybe someday it will come true.
They should. The numbers that we see with states that only have one operator is abysmal. It would not be surprising to see people opt for outside betting sites. Competition drives companies to be more competitive, and the customers win in this scenario.
