To further its sports betting footprint in Nevada, International Game Technology PLC today signed a multi-year PlaySports technology partnership with veteran sports betting operator Betfred. Betfred is using IGT PlaySports technology to support retail and mobile sports betting at the Mohegan Sun Sportsbook located within Virgin Hotels Las Vegas, a member of the Curio Collection by Hilton. Betfred's debut into the Nevada betting industry and the first IGT-powered Betfred sportsbook in the United States are both supported by this deal.
