After reaching a deal with the Ohio Casino Control Commission, PlayUp, an Australian online sports betting provider, withdrew its application for a sports betting license in Ohio.
PlayUp has withdrew its application for a sports betting license and committed, as part of the settlement, not to apply for any gaming-related license in Ohio for the following four years. A $90,000 fine and $30,000 in compensation to players who used the Slots+ program while it was subject to the cease-and-desist order are also part of the settlement.
I wish someday there will be land-based Casinos in Georgia. Maybe someday it will come true.
