New York has proposed legislation to add warnings about gambling's negative effects to all gambling and sports betting commercials, as well as to change the state's racing, pari-mutuel wagering, and breeding law.

It has yet to be voted on in the state senate, where it was introduced by Democratic senators Leroy Comrie and Luis R. Seplveda.

I wish someday there will be land-based Casinos in Georgia. Maybe someday it will come true.

gambling advertisement has always been a controversial topic. Tbh, a very visible or aggressive ad campaign on betting could be a turn off, and we've actually seen this happen in other states and countries.
