The United Kingdom is one of several nations enacting new laws to protect players and promote responsible gambling. In addition to already stringent regulations, the Betting and Gaming Council (BGC) has introduced additional advertising regulations to prevent minors from being exposed to gambling advertisements.

The UK's national betting and gambling regulator, BGC, has passed new regulations to cover online platforms and traditional media like television and radio.

I wish someday there will be land-based Casinos in Georgia. Maybe someday it will come true.

Yeah, this has been happening in other countries in Europe as well. What has me curious is if the US will be doing something like this in the near future?

Getting my daily dose of Sports Interaction and Betting News, and I'm good to go!

A federal bill was introduced last March. Its focus is on advertising and the use of AI in the gambling industry. However, the American Gaming Association opposed it and has not progressed in the legislature.

I think we will start to see more stringent restrictions on gaming advertising. Not just in the UK, but around the world as well. Its just that gaming is only for a certain segment of society and in advertising, its hard to avoid certain groups (minors etc) since adverts are across the board.

Thanks to my bookie pay per head I'm working from home, and can travel anytime (let me know where to!)
