Even though they were on opposing sides of the stakes spectrum, both events were big-bet games.<br /><br />The most recent victory for Foxen came in a WSOP Online $500 buy-in pot-limit Omaha mystery reward event when he defeated 466 other players to claim $20,064 in the first place and his second bracelet. While doing so, he collected $19,207 in reward payments.</p>

                        <content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Entain, the FTSE-100 gambling business that controls Ladbrokes, has started preparing PartyPoker for sale to thwart activist investors.<br /><br />Sky News reported on March 12 that as part of its efforts to restore its core activities, Entain has recruited bankers to negotiate a sale of PartyPoker. Company sources have revealed that Oakvale Capital advisers are allegedly in the process of negotiating the sale of the online poker firm. Prices ranging from £150 million to $192 million have been bandied about for the sale.</p>
<p>It is a good move from Entain. PartyPoker is a non-core for the company anyway. </p>]]></content:encoded>

On the penultimate day of the four-hour tournament, the GGPoker qualifier prevailed against Czech Republic's Michael Sklenicka in heads-up play.<br /><br />At the five-star Atlantis Resort in The Bahamas, 3,010 players competed in the first WSOP Paradise Main Event, which had a prize pool that just exceeded the $15 million guarantee. In just over an hour and a half, he went from leading the tournament at day's beginning to holding the trophy and the top prize of $400,000 in his hands.<br /><br />Chidwick won his 41st event overall. At this point in his career, he ranks third all-time in poker earnings with almost $52.4 million won over 395 cashes. Three players are ahead of Chidwick on poker's all-time money list: Bryn Kenny ($65,284,256), Justin Bonomo ($64,106,800), and Bodog anonymous ($0).</p>]]></content:encoded>
